About H & R Rustic Acres

H & R Rustic Acres is a small family owned and operated farm located in Silver Creek, NY. We offer lamb, chicken, turkey and farm fresh eggs. Our focus is to raise happy and healthy animals in a natural environment, without antibiotics. Our sheep flock consist of Suffolk and Dorset breeds, which produce a mild flavor lamb. Lambs are grain fed, and have access to pasture for summer grazing. We raise pasture meat chickens from May to October. Turkeys are raised on local grains from the nearby feed mill for Thanksgiving dinner. A small group of spoiled laying hens are kept year round to produce our farm fresh eggs.

Whole Cornish cross chickens naturally raised and antibiotic free. Fresh chickens available May to October. Please pre-order for availability and processing dates. For an additional fee, chicken can be cut in to pieces - upon request. Frozen chickens are available year-round. These chickens make the best Rotisserie Chicken or Beer Can Chicken.

Lamb available - whole, half or quarter. Grain fed with pasture access for summer grazing. Pre-order for availability and processing dates recommended. Our lamb is mild flavor and great for grilling. Our processor will package to your specification - Lamb chops, ground, leg, leg steak, stew, shoulder chop or roast.
